A graduate in Economics, Valerio has 15 years’ experience in General Management – having worked as a consultant in multinational consulting companies, in the banking as well as the public sector. He’s a Partner at LATTANZIO Group, where he coordinates human resources and managerial control. He has supervised all the Group’s merger and acquisition (M&A) activities during recent years. Since December 2012, he has been CEO of LATTANZIO Learning – a role which he has also been covering in its subsidiary, eXact learning solutions, since May 2013.
Fabrizio GiorginiR&D MANAGER
Joining LATTANZIO Learning (formerly Giunti Labs) in 2000 as Project Manager, Fabrizio is currently the Head of R&D. In this role, co-ordinating a team of researchers, learning technologies experts and software developers, he manages European and national research projects focusing on technology-enhanced learning. Fabrizio, who was awarded a PhD in electronic engineering and computer science in 2001, is also Project Manager for European joint research projects in e-learning, content and knowledge management. He is a contributing member of the IMS Global Learning Consortium for learning standards definition, as well as being the author or co-author of over 30 papers in international conference proceedings and journals.
Giovanni GhilardottiINTERNATIONAL SALES AND ALLIANCES MANAGER
An experienced manager with a proven talent for business development, sales and team building and international experience in senior roles in high-tech and media companies, Giovanni is in charge of International Alliances at eXact learning solutions. Giovanni has extensive experience of working in the blended and corporate lifelong learning space both in Europe and overseas. With a degree in electronic engineering at the University of Bologna (Italy), Giovanni has spent over 30 years with ICT and media multinational companies, covering various management roles in Italy and abroad. This has involved living and working for three years in Australia, one year in China and travelling extensively for business throughout Europe and the USA.
SONIA MINAGLIAPRODUCT DESIGNER
Sonia is eXact learning solutions’ Product Designer Group Head. Having been awarded a degree in electronic engineering in 1998, Sonia began her professional career working in postal automation marketing. In 2000, she entered the world of ICT, working in the New Media Research Centre – a spin off from Interactive Labs S.r.l. (Giunti Labs), Giunti Publishing Group’s professional publishing, courseware design and development facility. After four years as an R&D and commercial project manager, operating at national and international level, Sonia entered the world of product design and, since 2013, has been Head of Product Design at eXact learning solutions.
SARAH JENKINSMarketing Consultant
Sarah is Marketing Consultant at eXact learning solutions, based in London, but with a global remit. She previously ran her own consultancy, advising professional services firms and professional information providers on a range of marketing and content strategy projects. Prior to this, Sarah held a number of leadership roles at global information providers, including Thomson Reuters and Wiley. She has specialised throughout her career in providing digital and content solutions to the financial services, professional services and highly-regulated sectors. She holds an OU MBA, and has practical experience in change management, and in digital transformation, within large organisations and with international teams.
ROBERT DE MARIABUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SR. SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Robert De Maria, is focused on Business Development Solutions Architecture. Robert has vast experience of using his consultative approach in technology. He has over 20 years expertise in learning and content management, portals, authoring tools and strategic implementations. Added to this he has vast experience in 3D virtual worlds for learning, informal learning strategies and an interest in emerging use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has worked for multinational corporations such as Merrill Lynch and Merck & Company where he was responsible for the corporate-wide business strategies for the use of technology for learning, collaboration and innovation.
