Dynamic content can be created from scratch or added from a shared repository accessible to all users having the related permissions.

Indeed, our authoring environment is fully integrated with a shared content repository, so that authors can search for existing content chunks and/or templates at any granularity size (textual paragraphs, media and pages) and reuse them, choosing to embed or link them for dynamic updating.

Thanks to the dedicated reuse panel, it is possible to evaluate in any moment the impact of any content chunk update/modification in all the other documents reusing it.

In addition, your legacy existing content are not wasted, as you can always ingest them and reuse them as a base to create new documents.
