Quality assurance and compliance with international standards
eXact learning Solutions works according to a Total Quality Management approach. We have implemented and maintain a Management System, as well as an Environmental Management System, that fulfill the UNI EN ISO standard 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System 45001:2018.
We obtained the certification for the international standard SA8000:2014 (Social Accountability International Standard), which guarantees the implementation of a social responsibility management system for workers rights, and their well-being. In the areas of Gender equality and Human Resources, eXact Learning Solutions has recently obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, as well as ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System) as far as IT security management is concerned.
We are proud to hold an official Accessibility Certification issued by Dunp (ECFPROFESSIONAL2025-000080). This certification confirms that the learning content generated with our Authoring Tool complies with the UNI CEI EN 301549:2022 standard and meets all WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility criteria.
